Habila Isah Kayit is the Executive Director, Godspeed Leadership and Mentorship Development Initiative (GLEMDI). He is a social influencer, youth ambassador and a pragmatic team player. A Member of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Association of Nigeria (MHATMAN) 2012 and a Certified Travel, Hospitality and Tourism practitioner by International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2014.

Kayit was born on 1^st April, 1984. He attended LEA Primary School Afana Bajju, Government Secondary School Fadan Kagoma where he obtained his SSCE. He proceeded to Kaduna Polytechnic where he bagged Higher National Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management in 2008. In his quest and passion for knowledge, he further obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR) with honors now pursuing master’s degree in Business and Tourism at Imo State University (IMSU).

Habila, a Senior Tourism Manager at the Abuja Film Village International, an Agency of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) from 2010 to 2022. After graduation, he was posted to Abuja for the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)and served at Federal Ministry of Tourism, Culture and National Orientation 2009/2010. He was a National Volunteer at the Abuja Carnival Office 2009, Hospitality, Tourism and Event Committee, Nigerian Diaspora Alumni Network (NiDAN) 2010-2014 respectively.

Kayit is a born leader who has garnered experience from the leadership responsibilities he held right from his undergraduate days. He was the Welfare Secretary, Student Union Government (SUG) Kaduna Polytechnic; Mayor Rima Village Kaduna Polytechnic; Member Students/Management Disciplinary and Examination Mal-Practice Committee, Kaduna Polytechnic 2007/2008; Co Pioneer Student Express Support For General Ibrahim Badomasi Babangida for President (SESIBB) 2007; President, Bajju Youth Development Association 2018-2020; Trustee, Caleb Danladi Bako Foundation and much more with published publications to his name.

Participated at Conferences, Expositions, Workshops and Seminars among which include Technical Consultative Committee on Tourism organized by Ekiti State Government in 2012; 5^th African Arts and Craft Expo; Abuja Bantaba Tourism Expo organized by International Tourism Trade Fairs Association (ITTFA); Gurara Patriot Foundation Think-Tank Conference.  Also, United Nation World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) Africa Conference in 2018; Chaired the Gurara Patriot Committee that developed a road map for tourism in Southern Kaduna among others. 

Kayit has the ability to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident and highly goal oriented. He enjoys Playing Football, Political discussions and Travelling among others.
